BDO in Ukraine joins the UN Global Compact Ukraine

  In October 2024, Ukrainian company BDO LLC became a member of the UN Global Compact, the world’s largest community of responsible businesses. The company pledged to adhere to the UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. BDO in Ukraine is part of the BDO network, one of the largest international audit and consulting companies, and has been operating in the Ukrainian market since 1997. The company has two offices in Kyiv and Dnipro, with 232 employees. Today, BDO in Ukraine is one of the leaders in the country’s market, providing a wide range of services, including audit, accounting outsourcing, tax consulting, valuation (including war damage estimation), corporate finance, business and IT consulting, cybersecurity, training, etc. The company continues to operate and create new jobs for Ukrainian specialists. The clients of BDO include companies from almost all sectors of the economy, both private and public, as well as non-governmental organizations. BDO in Ukraine has been actively supporting sustainable development goals for more than 10 years. In 2021, BDO’s global network signed the “NZFSPA Net-Zero-BDO”, so our ESG responsibility has reached a global level. The company implements a number of projects and cooperates with government agencies, NGOs and foundations in the areas of ecology and resource efficiency: A greening project around the BDO in Ukraine offices in Kyiv and Dnipro. Such green spaces minimize stress and improve the psychological state of residents, contributing to a healthier urban environment. Training in tactical medicine and first aid for BDO in Ukraine employees. Assistance to charitable organizations and foundations to support the military, wounded and other ATO participants, including their families. Support for a fund popularizing Ukrainian culture and art. Educational support — providing new tablets to students of the Kherson Lyceum of Science.
