Baker McKenzie Signs the Women’s Empowerment Principles in Ukraine

  Baker McKenzies Kyiv office has joined the Womens Empowerment Principles (WEPs) network, a UN Women and UN Global Compact initiative to advance gender equality and womens empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community. The Kyiv office becomes the 41st company in Ukraine to support the WEPs. By championing the WEPs, we aim to promote gender equality for all employees, regardless of gender, to advance, succeed and foster inclusive leadership, support professional development for women and enhance workplace culture.
