Astound Commerce with Ukrainian IT-offices acquired the American company MarketForce

  Astound Commerce, an IT service company with development centers in Ukraine, announces acquisition of MarketForce, — a US-based agency providing digital marketing services for companies in the US, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. The buyout will enable Astound Commerce to expand its services portfolio for the creation and further support of ecommerce solutions, scale its geographical presence to the new markets and, therefore, — increase the hiring of IT specialists. For over 20 years, Astound Commerce has been developing and constantly improving its ecommerce expertise, providing the full cycle of digital solutions development by using the largest cloud-based CRM platforms like Salesforce, SAP/Hybris and Adobe/Magento. The integration of MarketForce into the companys assets structure will enable Astound to introduce a new package of services to promote the delivered solutions, including strategic marketing, content development, conversion optimization, SEO, paid media and analytics. Prior to the acquisition, MarketForce was part of the Digital River company, which specializes in the end-to-end solutions for global payments and tax consulting, fraud prevention and more. Once the integration is complete, a team of 50 MarketForce experts and company’s clients will become a part of Astound Commerce business and continue the digital transformation within one structure.
