Asters is approved by Lex Mundi as its exclusive Ukrainian member

  The Board of Directors of Lex Mundi, the world’s leading network of independent law firms, voted unanimously to approve Asters as its exclusive member firm for Ukraine. Lex Mundi’s prior member firm for Ukraine, EPAP Ukraine, merged with Asters on October 1, 2018.  The combined firm, which will carry the name Asters, is Ukraine’s largest, with 27 partners and more than 140 associates.  The combination substantially enhances firmwide capabilities in all practice areas.  The combined firm has offices in Kyiv, Washington, D.C. and Brussels.  Serhii Sviriba, Co-Managing Partner of Asters, stated, “The greater depth and breadth of the combined firm will enhance our ability to serve our clients and the clients of Lex Mundi member firms and to contribute to their success.  We look forward to continuing to work with Lex Mundi’s outstanding member firms around the world.” Carl Anduri, President of Lex Mundi, commented, We are pleased to welcome the legacy Asters lawyers to our network and to move forward with the increased capabilities they bring.
