Asters announces promotions to Counsels

  Effective from 1 January 2023 Asters Senior Associates Yuna Potomkina (Alternative Dispute Resolution) and Sergiy Dusanovsky (Litigation) have been promoted to Counsels. Yuna Potomkina heads Asters Alternative Dispute Resolution practice and focuses on negotiation, mediation, settlement agreements, developing and implementing effective dispute resolution strategies. She acts on behalf of Ukrainian and foreign clients in negotiating disputes with Ukrainian state authorities and regulators. Yuna worked as a member of the working group on drafting the Law on Mediation and Ukraines signing of the Singapore Convention on Mediation. She is a certified business mediator for the CCI Munich and Upper Bavaria. She has also successfully completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School (USA) and a program at the Mediation Centre of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. Sergiy Dusanovsky has over 15 years of experience in representing Ukrainian and foreign clients in national courts and corporate investigations focusing on civil and commercial disputes and enforcement proceedings, including various disputes on corporate conflicts, contracts, debt recovery, and disputes with state authorities. His expertise is proved by international legal rankings, such as The Legal500 EMEA and Best Lawyers.
