The EBA discussed changes to the bill of lading (TTN) with the Ministry of Development

  On February 7, experts from the European Business Association participated in an online meeting chaired by the Deputy Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, Serhii Derkach, to discuss the updated form of the bill of lading (TTN). During the meeting, specialists from the Ministry of Development presented key changes to the TTN form introduced by Order No. 1332 of the Ministry, including the procedure for filling out the document in light of the new provisions. Additionally, the process for the Ministry to provide clarifications on additional questions from companies was discussed. This meeting was extremely important for businesses, given the relevance of the issue. We appreciate the EBAs participation and will continue active cooperation with the Ministry.
