13/ 05/ 2019
We keep sharing our squeeze-out news with you. Arzinger’s Corporate Law team has completed the squeeze out of “Koziatynskyi Miasokombinat” PrJSC (OSI Group), one of the leading manufacturers of meat and sausage products in Ukraine. In the course of the project implementation, we advised the Client in detail on the procedure stages and all the necessary actions, drafted the full set of squeeze-out documents, including the notice of intentions and the irrevocable claim, as well as took an active part in negotiations with banks, tax authorities and the National Securities and Stock Market Commission. Due to our cooperation with the Client’s team and the bank the whole procedure was carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible. The successfully completed project helped significantly improve the effectiveness of corporate governance and allowed us to start the process of its transformation into a limited liability company. The Arzinger team involved in the project consisted of Alesya Pavlynska, Counsel  of Corporate and M&A practice, Yana Babych, Associate of Corporate and M&A practice, Ganna Kalinichenko, Senior Associate of Banking & Finance practice, and Kateryna Mytsykova, Associate of Tax Law practice.
