Anzhelika Livitska appointed to head Asters Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development practice

  Anzhelika Livitska. The Head Asters Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development Practice Asters Counsel Anzhelika Livitska has been appointed as Head of the Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development practice. Anzhelika has more than 24 years of professional experience. She focuses on Ukrainian and European environmental law, preparation of due diligence reports, issues of environmental pollution, obtaining special ecological permits, resolving disputes with the environmental inspection. Anzhelika Livitska has profound expertise in developing and commenting on draft laws and regulations in the environmental protection sphere. In 2012, she received an MBA from Green Power Academy (London). Asters has a well-established track-record of providing substantial legal support on various environmental matters to its clients, including exploration and processing companies, energy companies, investment funds, and governmental agencies related to environmental protection. Asters is a legal partner of the European Business Associations Committee on Industrial Ecology and Sustainable Development focusing on the reduction of industrial pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, as well as the introduction of circular economy principles in Ukraine.
