  Anzhelika Livitska. Asters Counsel and Head of Construction, Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development Asters Counsel Anzhelika Livitska became a member of the Working Group on Corruption Risks Assessment of the State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine. Among the main goals of the Working Group are to identify, analyse and determine the level of corruption risks as well as to develop measures to affect them. The Working Group includes over 15 experts in the fields of architectural and construction control and supervision, internal audit, prevention, and detection of corruption, etc. Anzhelika Livitska has over 25 years of experience in advising on real estate and construction, energy, and natural recourses issues. She focuses on Ukrainian and European land law, legal due diligence as well as provides comprehensive legal support to the construction projects. She represents clients in disputes related to the real estate, subsoil use, construction, and environment. Anzhelika is highly recommended by the international and national legal rankings.
