Step-by-step instruction for business to obtain quarantine passes

  In recent days, the European Business Association has received an increased number of requests from companies regarding problems with obtaining special passes for employees to use public transport in the city of Kyiv during the lockdown. The EBA draws attention to the fact that according to the decision of the Kyiv City State Administration, special passes are issued exclusively for the transportation of employees who work on the so-called critical infrastructure. To obtain necessary passes, the companies should follow the steps listed below: 1. Send a letter of application to the Director of the Department of Transport Infrastructure of the Kyiv City State Administration (6 Leontovycha St., conference hall, 2nd floor; phone: 044-366-63-36; email: dti@kmda.gov.ua) with the following information : name of the company; justification for the need to obtain special passes; justification for the requested number of special passes with the indication of the regular size of the company’s staff; company details with the indication of its location - address and district of Kyiv; contact person for the obtainment of special passes, his/her phone number. 2. Based on the results of the application review, the relevant department of the Kyiv City State Administration will inform the companys contact person about the time and place of receiving special passes (the fixed terms for the application review are not provided according to the Kyiv City State Administration representatives). Special passes are issued by various divisions of the Kyiv City State Administration according to the scope of competence, for example: Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development of the Executive Body of the Kyiv City State Administration: 1/2-A Baseina st, 2nd floor, tel .: 235-33-14. companies, institutions, organizations, regardless of ownership, whose scope of activity relates to the economy, finance, telecommunications, banking, manufacture and sale of food products, publishers, restaurants, delivery services, and other industries. District state administrations in Kyiv according to territorial affiliation:  companies, institutions, organizations of critical infrastructure, regardless of the ownership of district importance; health care facilities (hospitals, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, etc.).   • name of the company;

2.   • companies, institutions, organizations of critical infrastructure, regardless of the ownership of district importance;
