On 30 December 2015 the Government Resolution “On Adoption of Technical Regulations on Electromagnetic Compatibility” N1077 from 16 December 2015 (Resolution N1077) was published. It will enter into force on 30 June 2016.
Currently the Technical Regulations on Electromagnetic Compatibility adopted by Governmental Resolution N785 from 29 July 2009 is in force in Ukraine. It was elaborated on the basis of the Directive 2004/108/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility and repealing Directive 89/336/EEC.
At the same time, in 2014, the EU adopted a new Directive 2014/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility (enters into force on 20 April 2016). The Technical Regulations approved by Ukrainian Government Resolution N1077 were elaborated on the basis of Directive 2014/35/EC.
