EBA Odesa Finance and Tax Committee 14/09/2017 was dedicated to a topic Management accounting and automatisation system creation. Looking into the future. The speaker was Anzhelika Pogosyan, Director of Management, Financial, IT Consulting Department at Baker Tilly Ukraine. Participants talked about the relevance of management accounting building in todays realities, whether there is life in a company without management accounting, about the difference in the perception of accounting in the directors of companies and financiers. They learned about a set of steps: defining a key goal of a company, analyzing the current state of a company, developing a strategy for achieving a specific goal, designing the distribution and performance of functions in a company, designing financial and budgetary structures, implementing software. Also the Speaker told how to correctly build an accounting system in a company, minimize the difficulties in automation implementation, and gave practical recommendations for the accounting building in a company, what steps can be taken today.
