  At the first meeting of the EBA Dnipro PR & Marketing Hub, together with Tetiana Stepaniuk, a digital marketing expert, key marketing development areas and trends for 2025 were discussed. Our expert advises businesses to focus on ESG, UGC, and AI. In the Ukrainian business environment, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) is no longer just a trend but a real factor influencing customer and partner loyalty, as well as access to financing. Ukrainian consumers increasingly value companies that actively support social initiatives, help the Armed Forces of Ukraine, implement environmental standards, and follow transparent management practices. Businesses that adopt ESG principles have a greater chance of collaborating with international partners. What should Ukrainian entrepreneurs consider? It is important not only to implement ESG initiatives but also to communicate about them openly. Transparent reports, social media publications, and real stories of people who have benefited from a company’s efforts significantly enhance trust. Investing in sustainability—switching to eco-friendly materials, energy conservation, and social projects—may seem like an expense today, but tomorrow it will become a competitive advantage. The speaker also emphasized the importance of using AI as a business tool capable of processing large amounts of information and providing consolidated reports. Event participants had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss their cases.
