  On 4 October, a professional meeting within the framework of the EBA Customs Committee was held with representatives of the Ukrainian State Customs Service, EU4PFM, and RST at the Ministry of Finance on the Implementation of the AEO and NCTS programs in Ukraine.   Key topics of the meeting were the following: Customs clearance by EA declarations will be impossible for 2022, as previously was announced to the business. At the same time, companies received the status of AEO will be able to use all the benefits allowing them to save time and reduce costs within the execution of customs formalities and increase the level of customs services provided in comparison with other declarants; While assessing the companys correspondence of the AEO status, the State Customs Service is to be provided with access to IT resources of the company and, in case of need to test certain procedures relating to the criteria. AEO-C/Б status customs brokers will not be able to use the simplification production according to location without obtaining AEO-C status by the importing/exporting company. Expectation of financial sustainability criteria capacity. Everyone can fill in T1UA declarations in test mode according to the link posted on the State Customs Service website.
