In particular, we discussed the following:
- Digitalization quickly replaced “live” communication and events.
It is important to understand that digital will continue to work, as we have all appreciated its convenience and efficiency. However, live communication is now becoming a premium format.
- Social networks have once again proved how important they are for business.
In 2020, we saw an increase in the number of customers. In Ukraine the number of Internet users increased by 2 million, active users of social networks by 3.5 million (by 15%). Therefore, competition for advertising space is also growing.
- We are all used to shopping online.
We quickly adapted to the online purchase from food to clothing and began to actively use delivery services.
- Database and analytics are now a “must-have” for business.
It is important to take into account the interests and needs of the client, even in digital format, because only by understanding your client, you can build effective communication. Remember that you need to be on the same platforms where your customers are.
