JTI Ukraine reaffirms its position among the best employers recognised by NV and Odgers Ukraine

02/ 11/ 2026
For the third consecutive year, JTI Ukraine has been included in the ranking of Ukraine’s best employers compiled by NV and international consulting firm Odgers Ukraine. In October 2026, the organisers recognised 50 large companies and five medium-sized businesses. An expert jury assessed companies across four areas: support for veterans and their families, talent retention and development, diversity and inclusion, and support for employees during crises. The assessment informed a list of the best employers by industry. JTI Ukraine is regularly recognised in best employer rankings in Ukraine and globally. This year, the company was also named among the top 50 employers by Forbes Ukraine and robota.ua and received the special “Model of Care” award for its benefits package and employee support programmes. Globally, JTI has been recognised as a Global Top Employer for 11 consecutive years. “This recognition is particularly meaningful to us, as it confirms that even in challenging times, we continue to create an environment where people can develop, feel supported and build their careers. We are proud of our wellbeing programmes, professional development opportunities, employee support initiatives and a culture where everyone can be themselves and fulfil their potential,” said Svitlana Pylnieva, People & Culture Director at JTI Ukraine. JTI Ukraine’s programmes include physical and mental health support for employees and their families, assistance for colleagues serving in the armed forces, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and learning and career development opportunities. The company welcomes people of different ages and backgrounds for internships and employment and last year joined Principles for Veteran-Friendly Businesses.
