  EBA Lviv: How Will the New Customs Code of Ukraine Affect Businesses in 2027?. Date: 06 October2026. Time: 16:00 18:00. Language: Ukrainian (without translation). In August 2026, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the first reading a completely new Customs Code of Ukraine, developed in line with the logic of European customs legislation. The new Code will contain more than 700 articles and will have a fundamentally different structure from the current Customs Code. It is expected to enter into force in December 2027. This means that businesses should already begin adapting their processes to the new reality. The purpose of this seminar is to draw companies’ attention to the key strategic changes that create both strategic risks and opportunities for foreign economic activity. Who should attend: Company executives, top managers, heads of logistics, procurement and sales departments; foreign economic activity (FEA) managers, customs brokers, and other representatives of companies from across the Ivano-Frankivsk region that export and import goods, as well as BAIF members from various sectors, including manufacturing and trade.
