Online-Development Programme: Psychology of action: what moves us forward, and what, on the contrary, stops us?. Date: 26 October2026. Time: 17:00 19:00. Language: Ukrainian. Place: Will be online. Why do some people confidently move towards their goals, even when it’s difficult, while others put off important decisions for years, doubting themselves and waiting for the “perfect moment”? The answer often lies not in talent or willpower, but in how our psychology works. Motivation fades, discipline fails, the inner critic convinces us that we are not good enough, perfectionism forces us to endlessly postpone actions, and imposter syndrome prevents us from seeing our own achievements. The biggest changes do not begin when circumstances change. They begin when our attitude towards ourselves changes. EBA Management Development Centre, together with Olena Markina, invites you to participate in the new Online-Development Programme: Psychology of action: what moves us forward, and what, on the contrary, stops us? Target audience:  Managers and team leaders who want to act more consistently, without burnout and self-criticism. People specialists. Everyone who feels a gap between how much they do and how much they believe in their own results. After the programme: You will understand what really stands behind your motivation (and why willpower is irrelevant here). You will learn to recognize your own drivers and typical motivation traps. You will be able to consciously maintain motivation even in difficult periods. You will understand the myth of discipline as “willpower” and see what it really is. You will find your own definition of discipline and the path to its development. You will understand the mechanism of the flow state and how to enter it more consciously. You will learn to recognize the voice of the inner critic and distinguish it from constructive self-evaluation. You will receive strategies for working with the imposter syndrome in everyday work situations. You will reduce the impact of self-criticism on decisions and actions. You will understand the mechanism of the vicious circle of self-criticism and how to get out of it. You will recognize the fear of success and its manifestations in your own behavior. You will receive strategies that help you take action, rather than getting stuck in the cycle of “not good enough”. You will understand the self-esteem formula and the factors that shape it. You will learn to distinguish realistic expectations of yourself from unrealistic ones. You will master the practice of self-compassion as a resource, not a “self-indulgence”. Programme: Module 1.  Motivaton – October 26 Goal: Understand your own motivation drivers and learn to maintain them consciously, not through force. Types, theories and models of motivation. About the Programme
