10/ 07/ 2026
Two key practices of KM Partners have been highly recognised in The Legal 500 EMEA 2026 (Tier 3), once again confirming the firm’s expertise in handling complex, multi-layered projects. The research highlights KM Partners’ strong track record in advising clients across all stages of real estate and construction projects, including due diligence, dispute resolution, land title registration, permitting, and related tax matters. The team also advises on financing structures and regulatory compliance for complex development schemes. The practice is led by Maxim Oleksiyuk, who has extensive experience in major commercial and residential projects, as well as specialised infrastructure such as port terminals, railway branches, and quarries, and in high-stakes land law disputes. In the area of white-collar crime, the ranking recognises the team’s work in advising clients from the agribusiness and manufacturing industries on white-collar crime matters, including cases of alleged fraud and tax evasion. Alexander Minin leads the team, with strong knowledge of tax law and experience defending clients in criminal proceedings. Key team members include Artem Shcherbyna, specialising in administrative cases, and Yuliia Kryvomaz, who represents clients during pre-trial investigations. We sincerely thank our clients for their trust and congratulate our colleagues on this well-deserved recognition!
