16/ 03/ 2026

Participants discussed how automated solutions and digital transformation are reshaping the information space, and how they can both strengthen and undermine trust. While artificial intelligence opens up significant opportunities, it also creates new challenges for society. “Artificial intelligence tools are a major asset that create opportunities for development and increase productivity. However, when it comes to trust and the accuracy of information, they also pose significant risks on a global scale. Therefore, anyone who uses AI to obtain information or form their opinions  must do so responsibly. Ultimately, people are responsible for the dissemination of information and its consequences,” said Oleksandr Zaporozhets. As part of the cooperation between Truman and the UCU School of Journalism and Communications, a series of guest lectures for master’s students in media communications is planned. The first sessions have already taken place, focusing on the specifics of crisis communications support and the differences in how crises are perceived by businesses and journalists. More lectures and practical sessions are planned, featuring experts in strategic communications, media relations, and international communications. Working with real cases and practical tasks, students will gain insights from Truman experts into building a reputation in the digital environment, developing strategies in uncertain conditions, and establishing effective interaction between business and the media.
