Imagine Lawyers Shortlisted for Two Categories in the FT Innovative Lawyers Europe 2025 Awards

04/ 07/ 2025
Imagine Lawyers is incredibly proud to announce that we have been shortlisted in two distinguished categories of the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Europe 2025 Awards, recognising bold thinking and impactful legal innovation across the continent. The firm has been named a finalist in: Innovation in Strategic Direction: “Establishment of Imagine Lawyers and its New Model for Legal Practice in Wartime Ukraine” — a pioneering approach to building a purpose-driven legal business amidst conflict and uncertainty. Innovative Lawyers in Infrastructure: “Pioneering Energy Project for Post-War Reconstruction” — a landmark legal initiative supporting the recovery of Ukraine’s critical energy infrastructure through forward-looking deal structuring and international collaboration. These recognitions highlight Imagine Lawyers’ commitment to shaping the future of the legal profession through innovation, leadership and social responsibility. The awards ceremony will take place on 18 September 2025 at the iconic Natural History Museum in London. Organised by the Financial Times in partnership with RSGI (a global advisory agency for the legal sector), the FT Innovative Lawyers programme marks its 20th anniversary in 2025. The initiative continues to set the benchmark for transformative change in legal services, shining a light on the ideas, people and firms redefining what it means to be a lawyer today. Full FTIL Europe 2025 report to be released in autumn will feature in-depth analysis of legal industry trends, profiles of shortlisted innovations, and a regional index of the most innovative firms, ranked across five metrics: innovation, people management, social responsibility, digital maturity, and financial growth. We are honoured to be among this year’s shortlisted firms and look forward to celebrating with our peers in September.
