Changes in the supervisory board of Credit Dnipro Bank

  September , 25, 2023, the National Bank of Ukraine approved Oleksii Zosimov as an Member of Bank Credit Dnipro Supervisory Board. By The Resolution #3 of the sole shareholder of JSC BANK CREDIT DNIPRO dated August 05, 2023, Oleksii Zosimov. was elected to the position of a member for 3 years. On September 26, 2023, Oleksiy became a member of the Banks Supervisory Board. Oleksii Zosimov has over 25 years of experience in leading auditing companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC and Ernst & Young LLC in financial services, accounting and auditing, tax consulting, including consulting, technologies, support of M&A transactions. Over 15 years Oleksiys area of responsibility was the audit of enterprises and banks. Oleksiy is also the Member of the Supervisory Board’s of the DCH group of enterprises. As of September, 26, 2023, the Supervisory Board of Bank Credit Dnipro has 7 members, namely: Chairman of the Supervisory Board:  BOLKHOVITINOV Oleksiy (representative of the Sole Shareholder of the Bank). Independent members:  ROMANOWSKI Piotr, Independent member of the Supervisory Board (Halyk Bank, Independent member of the Board of Directors, Kevin EU UAB, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ryvu Therapeutics S.A, Chairman of the Board of Directors). Previously, Piotr was also a partner at McKinsey&Co and CEE Advisory Leader at PwC with a strategy consulting projects portfolio for a number of private and state-owned banks in Poland, Ukraine and Kazakhstan;  KLESOV Andriy, Independent member of the Supervisory Board (LLC Mobile technologies and transactions», MobID Technologies OY, 4ire Labs Holdings Ltd, the member of companies); SALVETTI Giovanni, Independent member of the Supervisory Board (Rothschild & Co, Managing Director). Dependent Members: CHORNYY Oleksandr, Member of the Supervisory Board (representative of the Sole Shareholder of the Bank) FOMENKO Andriy, Member of the Supervisory Board (representative of the Sole Shareholder of the Bank) ZOSIMOV Oleksii, Member of the Supervisory Board (representative of the Sole Shareholder of the Bank) Bank Credit Dnipro is among the TOP-20 financial institutions of Ukraine in terms of gross assets and,  according to the classification of the National Bank of Ukraine, belongs to the group of banks with private capital.  According to the results of the 8 monnths of 2023, Bank Credit Dnipro demonstrated a profit of UAH 259 million. As of September 1, 2023, the Banks assets amounted to UAH 18 467 million. Loan portfolio — UAH 4 492 million, Client funds portfolio reached UAH 16 141 million.
