Olvia and Kherson Port Concession Projects

  International Finance Corporation (IFC) and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) are jointly acting as lead transaction advisers to the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) and Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine (MIU) for the preparation and implementation of the Kherson and Olvia port concession projects in Ukraine. As part of this engagement, IFC, EBRD and a consortium of their consultants are assisting MIU with various aspects of project preparation, one of which concerns drafting of the tender documentation. In order to understand the views of potentially interested bidders while ensuring maximum transparency of the project preparation process, IFC and EBRD are providing an opportunity to potentially interested bidders to review preliminary drafts of the Concession Agreements prepared by the consortium of consultants and provide feedback about the same. The draft documents can be accessed via the following link (https://www.dgmarket.com/tender/27763470).
