88% of participants of the Easter Space Mission from NEOBANK liked the game as a format of a charity project

  NEOBANK, one of the three leading digital banks in Ukraine, has completed the game with a social mission. As a reminder, the banks customers hunted for eggs in the Easter space mission, competing for the top spot in the standings. The main benefit from this gamified interaction with customers will go to the Territorial Defense Forces of the AFU - the bank will transform all the Easter eggs collected during the game at the 1:1 rate into hryvnia and will purchase the necessary inventory for this amount. “Our team was interested not only in the result of the first experience of the gamified format of interaction with customers, but also in the conclusions of the player survey. We are very pleased that the participants responded very positively to our game! Thus, 72% rated it at 10 out of 10, 77% want NEOBANK to hold such activities more often, and 88% rated the game at 10 out of 10 as a format of a charity project. The course and results of the game proved that for more than a year of the war, customers have gone through a common social path with NEOBANK, supported our charitable initiatives and implemented them in helping Ukrainian defenders. In this project, it was important for us to involve customers in the game. We wanted to thank them for their constant support and interaction and give them good emotions. So the bank took upon itself the financial burden of implementing the game with a social mission”, – said Oksana Muntian, project manager of the Neobank for Everyone. According to the results of the game, 11,347 participants collected 196,563 eggs. The best result was 3150 Easter eggs per game! On average, a player collected 17 Easter eggs.
