Often we are given the will of destiny, going down stream of chaos and small tasks. We just react to external irritants: receiving calls, letters or answering something. In other case, we are going online, reading Facebook, communicating with colleagues. To put it short, we are engaged in small affairs that are not bringing special result. In parallel with it there is a sense of guilt from the fact that important New Years dreams and strategic objectives once again remained unaddressed. The problem is that they often have no deadline. Therefore, we constantly leave them for later, wasting years and decades. Such procrastination can lead to a depression or rigid personal crisis. Why do you do what you are doing? Answer this one question honestly: Why do you do what you are doing? If you relish from what you do, if you feel that this is your calling, you already on the way to happiness. And if you do it because of your parents will or for the sake of money or because it is prestigious, prepare for disappointment and even for depression. The beginning of year is the best time for mission rethinking. Think about benefit you are bringing to the world. Why are you ready to be engaged with pleasure in even if you will be paid nothing? When do hours fly by as a minute? CROSS - goal The mindfulness is also important in drawing up plans and the introduction of new habits. Many people at the beginning of every year make the list of purposes and tasks which they would like to embody in the new year. As practice shows, seldom who manages to execute though a half of this list. By fault with the entire big list - such number of tasks frightens us. I recommend setting 1-2 purposes and when they are reached, set the new ones. What is your main goal for 2018? May you remember it at any moment of day and night? Where is it written down? If the purpose is not formulated specifically and not written down, I call it the idiots dream because chances to reach the desirable are small. Try to set very specific goals avoiding phrases as much as possible, much, within a month. For example, to write the book Time drive of 200 pages ready for the edition on 10.10.2018. It is the principle of the CROSS-goal: the purpose must be concrete, formulated as a result, with responsibilities, terms and stop dates. Stop dates are control points, for example, once a week or in a month. Write down the CROSS-goal right now and deliver yourself a reminder app at 10 a.m. for every Monday, it always helps you to remember the most important thing for you. Is it possible to eat an elephant? - Yes, on pieces. The next step – we eat an elephant on pieces. To write the book in a year, I have to write every day at least 1 page within 9 months. I am also engaged in Golden hour. And if any day I hadnt executed, then I didnt go to bed till I wrote the planned page. Golden hour More than 2 000 people have participated in one curious experiment. Within a week, the same three questions were sent to volunteers on the phone in a random way: What are you doing? What are you thinking of? Are you happy? It has become clear that 47% of the time people dont think of they are engaged. Researchers have also found out that having focused on the occupation, people became much happier. But the person doesn’t become happier because of his/her occupation, but sensibleness of what he/she is doing. If you want to live days with mindfulness, you have to allocate 2 most important tasks every day at 8 in the morning. It is what will help you to progress in the realization of a mission and to achieve your objectives for 2018. For example: To write the book or To create a new training. Then I allocate so-called Golden hour - time with 10 till 11:30 during which I am engaged only in 1-2 important tasks, without being distracted by anything. For a start I advise to begin from 30 minutes of Golden hour and in the process of occurrence into taste gradually to increase them. Morning is the time of maximum level of energy and therefore it is necessary to be involved in difficult tasks. And small, simple, short-term tasks should be left for the end of the day when, as according to biological cycle, energy level decreases. Recharge yourself After Golden hour surely, I have a break to restore energy - I go for a walk, I do warm-ups, I make tea in the kitchen. Also, I reward myself - 10 minutes on the Internet or a chocolate piece which I eat with greater pleasure, as I precisely have deserved it. Accordingly, 5 life hacks for achievement of the goals are the following: Formulate the mission Set a specific goal for 2018 and formulate it on the CROSS goal Every morning write a 1-2 concrete steps on the achievement of your purpose - to write 1 page, to find information about…. Define time of your Golden hour. And every day give this time to the achievement of your purpose. Restore energy after the gold hour. Have breaks each 1,5-2 hours.

After the holidays, it is difficult to enter a fast business rhythm. Often we are given the will of destiny, going down stream of chaos and small tasks. We just react to external irritants: receiving calls, letters or answering something. In other case, we are going online, reading Facebook, communicating with colleagues.

And if you do it because of your parents’ will or for the sake of money or because it is prestigious, prepare for disappointment and even for depression.

Why is it important to ask yourself this question? In order to live one more year in a pursuit of illusive pleasures, but to be engaged in the mission that brings you real happiness. The beginning of year is the best time for mission rethinking. Think about benefit you are bringing to the world. Why are you ready to be engaged with pleasure in even if you will be paid nothing? When do hours fly by as a minute?

CROSS – goal

The mindfulness is also important in drawing up plans and the introduction of new habits. Many people at the beginning of every year make the list of purposes and tasks which they would like to embody in the new year. As practice shows, seldom who manages to execute though a half of this list. By fault with the entire big list – such number of tasks frightens us. I recommend setting 1-2 purposes and when they are reached, set the new ones.

What is your main goal for 2018? May you remember it at any moment of day and night? Where is it written down? If the purpose is not formulated specifically and not written down, I call it “the idiot’s dream” because chances to reach the desirable are small.

Try to set very specific goals avoiding phrases “as much as possible”, “much”, “within a month”. For example, to write the book “Time drive” of 200 pages ready for the edition on 10.10.2018.

– Yes, on pieces.

The next step – “we eat an elephant on pieces”. To write the book in a year, I have to write every day at least 1 page within 9 months. I am also engaged in “Golden hour”. And if any day I hadn’t executed, then I didn’t go to bed till I wrote the planned page.

Recharge yourself

After “Golden hour” surely, I have a break to restore energy – I go for a walk, I do warm-ups, I make tea in the kitchen. Also, I reward myself – 10 minutes on the Internet or a chocolate piece which I eat with greater pleasure, as I precisely have deserved it.
