What should our company do to become an EBA Member?

To become an EBA member you should provide us three signed and stamped documents:

1.         application form

2.         reference letter from a current EBA Member

3.         as well as a copy of company/enterprise registration certificate

And pay enrolment and membership fees.

How is the type of company membership defined?

Type of company membership is defined according to the following features:

1.         Full members are companies:

•           originated from EU countries and/or

•           owned by EU citizens and/or

•           present in EU countries

2.         Associate members are companies:

•           Not originated from EU countries and/or

•           Not owned by EU citizens and/or

•           Not present in EU countries

Is there any discount for membership or enrolment fee?

No. There are no types of discount for either enrolment or membership fee.

What payment follow-up documents does the EBA provide?

We provide you with the invoice original and extract from minutes of the EBA Board meeting where the rates of enrolment and membership fees were defined.

How many employees of our company can participate in EBA activities?

All employees of your company can participate in EBA activities. However, please mind that there are some EBA events and activities that are organized only for the top managers of your company.

Does our EBA membership imply that we can participate in activities of several EBA offices in Ukraine?

Yes, you can participate in activities of the EBA office in Kyiv and five EBA regional offices in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa.

Where can I find information about all EBA members?

You can find the full EBA membership data-base in the section Members on the EBA web-site.

How can I update information about my company?

You can edit your company profile in the relevant section in your personal cabinet.

Where can I find a full list of services the EBA provides to its members?

How can I receive EBA mailings?

To subscribe to EBA Mailing lists please register on our web-site. Registration is available only to employees of member companies of the Association using corporate email. After the process of registration is finished you can indicate in your Personal Cabinet which subscriptions you wish to receive.

How can I receive login and password information for the EBA web-site?

What is the EBA Favourite Card? And what does it give me?

The EBA Favourite Card enables you to use discounts provided in the Discount System EBA Favourite Card (more info about the project).

How can I receive EBA Favourite Cards for my company?

Every employee of the company - a member of the Association - may order a PERSONAL discount EBA Favourite Card through site personal cabinet after paying an annual membership fee. More information here.

How many cards are provided per company?

Each company receives one Top card for its top manager and not a limited number of standard cards for its employees. Any employee can also upload Favourite Card as a mobile app (available for smartphones based on iOS (iPhone) and Android)).

How can our company join EBA Discount System? How much does participation cost?

To become an EBA Discount System participant, please fill in an application form, print it out and send to us via fax on 044 496 06 02 with signature and stamp.

Can our company become an EBA Discount System participant if we are not an EBA Member?

Yes.

How do I initiate a new Committee?

You can initiate a new Committee by submitting a rationale defining the Committee’s target objectives, functioning framework and the potential member list to the EBA office via This email address is being protected from spambots. Please note, that at least five existing or prospective EBA member companies are required in order to initiate a new Committee.

How do I join an EBA Committee?

EBA Open Committees are only admissible to EBA member companies. Follow the link to view the EBA Open Committees list. What is the EBA Industrial Committee?

The EBA Industrial Committee is a group of EBA members with distinct membership criteria and entry procedures, providing its associates the possibility to discuss industry-specific concerns. Membership of the EBA Industrial Committee depends on members’ approval and a special purpose fee payment. Please, click here to view the current list of EBA Industrial Committees.

Who are the Committee members?

Members of EBA Open Committees are the representatives of EBA member companies interested in the respective Committee. How can I receive information on Committee meeting dates and agendas?

For comprehensive information about event schedules and agendas please visit the EBA web site and choose the name of the Committee you are interested in. Is there an attendee limit for each EBA member company at Committee meetings?

There are attendee limits set for EBA HR Committee meetings (with not more than two representatives of one EBA member company allowed to attend) and Committee events with limited numbers of places. If you plan to attend an EBA Committee meeting, please submit your RSVP in order to secure a place at the event.

How can I find out the subject of the latest Committee/Working Group meeting?

To find out the subject of the latest EBA Committee meeting please visit the web-page of the respective Committee on the EBA website. What is the framework of concerns raised within a Committee?

The strategic objective and specific priorities of Committees are determined annually and are available at the respective Committee’s web-page. The framework of concerns being considered by a Committee is closely connected to, though not limited to, the Committee’s one-year priorities.

How can we share challenging issues of mutual concern?

You can raise and encourage any concern to be discussed within the framework of Committee meetings or submit a request specifying the relevant subject to the EBA office via This email address is being protected from spambots. Your request will be forwarded to the respective Committee members to get their feedback or included into the agenda of the special meeting focused on the particular concern.

How can I submit an issue for consideration within the EBA?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it., providing concrete reference to pertinent regulations and desired outcomes. The issue will be reviewed at the next meeting of the relevant EBA Committee. In case the matter is urgent, the EBA will analyse and set out its official position on the subject via e-mail. In case your company faces a certain individual problem you may also address it to the EBA office and the EBA will consider problem-solving solutions.

What are the EBA’s lobbying instruments to advocate members’ interests?

To advocate its members’ common interests the EBA uses different instruments, namely:

  • position papers and appeal submissions;
  • meetings with the local authorities and high-ranking officials;
  • public discussions of certain problems, e.g. General Meetings and Round Tables;
  • cooperation with EU institutions and diplomatic corps;
  • cooperation with local public institutions established under the auspices of the executive and legislative bodies of Ukraine.
