The dramatic changes in social life lead to inevitable reaction of stress. However, it’s not only disorganizes human activity but also impoverish internal resources. There are physiological and psychological stress. Physiological is caused by the direct effect of an adverse stimulus on the body. Psychological is also connected with the inclusion of intellectual processes of the individual while analysis of an unfavorable situation.  At the webinar #behealthy with EBA Odesa we discussed how to overcome existing challenge psychologically and emothionally and to support your physical health. Indeed anyone can overcome stress spontaneously, using own resources. One of these resources is our body. There are active (physical labor, walking, sports, dancing, yoga, fitness, other) and passive (massage, osteopathy, kinesiology, body therapy, somatics, etc.) approaches to work with the body that can reduce stress and tension. Moreover, the speakers of the meeting - Olga Krasina and Nikita Mikhalko - shared with us some useful tips for balancing own internal condition.  Here are some of them:  Take uncertainty as a given.  Be emotionally concious.  Get on an informational diet.  Slow down internal dialogue through meditation.  Take care of your body.  The epoch of change is always a challenge. However, we want everyone to use this time as a gift of fate, with the greatest benefit to themselves. Be like real fighters - change at the same time with the surrounding circumstances, adapting to any conditions!
