We are currently looking for an experienced HR for our partner, a manufacturing company.


  • At least 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing companies;
  • Knowledge of the methodology of recruitment and adaptation of personnel;
  • Experience in employer brand development and internal communications, experience in implementing employee welfare projects; Knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Experience in creating and implementing HR tools and policies;
  • Sociability, initiative, responsibility, result-oriented, ability to plan your work, ability to work effectively in a multitasking situation.


  • Develop and implement the HR strategy;
  • Participate in the development of the company's business plans;
  • Effectively manage the HR department;
  • Ensure staffing in accordance with the company's needs and values;
  • Engage in recruiting;
  • Optimize HR processes to ensure their efficiency and alignment with corporate goals;
  • Participate in the development of the company's HR brand;
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of a corporate culture that is consistent with the company's goals and values;
  • Create and maintain the relevance of HR department regulations (description of business processes, creation and editing of position profiles, maintaining the relevance of Onboarding and Offboarding policies, etc.);
  • Calculate salaries, bonuses, participate in the formation of KPIs.
