We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist (with knowledge of the German language) to join our team, who will collaborate with the customer support department of our parent company in Germany and support the intranet platform BDO Global Portal.

  • Basic technical knowledge
  • Highly developed communication skills, preferably experience in supporting network users/clients
  • Confident user of Excel, PowerPoint
  • Advanced level of command of the German language
  • Average level of English
  • Very well developed communication skills
  • Basic skills in process description methodology
  • Ability to set priorities and work under tight deadlines


  • Basic support for users (partners and external clients) of the global cloud portal
  • Handling user requests related to system failures
  • Processing of user requests using the Ticket -Cherwell- system
  • Delegation of complex requests to the support team of the second level of support. Tracking of application processing statuses
  • Instruct users about the functions of the global portal
  • Present the functionality of the BDO Global Portal to clients/users
  • Provide methodological support: user manuals and knowledge base
  • Participate in the process of updating the portal's functionality. Help with basic case tests
  • Create instructions with descriptions of processes and functionality of the portal for users
  • To replenish databases with instructions and manuals (language: German, sometimes English), to keep the existing methodical fund up to date
  • Compilation of reports upon request
  • Other tasks assigned by the Manager
