  • University degree in marketing/business/economics
  • 2+ years of experience multinational FMCGs in Marketing on Brand Manager position
  • English – B2 or higher is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills, project management & planning skills
  • Knowledge of media planning basics
  • Pro-activeness and ability to handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines
  • Business acumen, organizational agility
  • In-depth understanding of consumer needs
  • PC literate (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Nielsen)


How you will contribute:

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop & adapt brand marketing plans based on category / brand strategy and priorities, reflecting market specifics
  • Create & execute activation plan for Biscuits and Salted Snacks category brands (including development of local media and BTL activations, etc.) contributing to annual objectives delivery
  • Lead adaptation and launch of brand communication for global brands and create brand communication for local brands.
  • Control execution, evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
  • Act as a liaison for market commercial team, local agency partners
  • Ensure new products launches and brand initiatives (eg. CR, QI, packaging, decomplexity, samples, designs) etc. successful and timely realization, lead country specific projects
  • Contributes to development of strategy and ambition 3-5 year growth plan for Biscuits and Salted Snacks categories in countries in scope
  • In cooperation with CP&A implement \ supervise commercial strategy, incl. promo plans, in-store strategy, in-store visibility programs, merchandising standards, MSL
  • Responsible for A&C budget management under supervision of Marketing Manager in compliance with Mondelez purchasing policy.
  • Run tracking and reporting: NPD analysis, P&L analysis, SOM analysis, competitive analysis, pricing analysis etc.
  • Lead brand communication for in-market teams to ensure engagement.
  • Contributes to the process of monthly volume forecast
