  Sayenko Kharenko has acted as a legal counsel to GoIT, a Ukrainian-founded international EdTech company, in the course of attracting investment from Horizon Capital. GoIT operates as an international group of companies in educational technology business. Through its innovative online learning platform, GoIT provides educational services to students from more than 30 countries and constantly expands its presence in different regions. Sayenko Kharenko provided full-scope legal support for the sellers and the target, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, the assistance with execution of the documents and pre-completion assistance. “Sayenko Kharenko provided excellent legal advice and support throughout this transaction. This transaction marks the second investment from Horizon Capital’s latest fund, Horizon Capital Growth Fund IV (HCGF IV), oriented on fast-growing tech and export-oriented companies in Ukraine, which reached $298 million at its September closing.
