EBA Odesa Psychology in Effects: Personal Crises and Organizational Crises in Company
The life of every person consists of special periods and stages. The same applies to the company’s activities. Hoping to live without internal conflicts, sufferings, dramas, losses, unpleasant surprises in personal life and business would be too naive. Fate always prepares new and new challenges. And their duration, severity, complexity in some way corresponds to the human capabilities, forces that each of us have at this moment. It is no coincidence that in Japanese the word “crisis” consists of two hieroglyphs, which mean “problem” and “opportunity”. After all, any decline in activity is a chance for new discoveries, changes in old prejudices and the beginning of a new one.
We could not skiped it in our project EBA Odesa Psychology in Effects and decided to make out with the participants the reasons, the main criteria for personal crises and organizational crises. It seems that everyone noticed the dependence of positive/negative changes in the company on the emotional state of workers and, conversely, the impact of the crisis in the organization on the mood of the workers, especially the management team. Natalya Yurganova gave practical advices about how to prevent personal crises and in the company, how to separate work and personal life, because our condition today affects the company’s future tomorrow.
There is no person in the world who has not fallen into the trap of crisis at least once in his life. They are inevitable, but sometimes a turning point in the life path: the beginning of new accomplishments or the end of one’s own expectations. Indeed, as the great Nietzsche said, what does not kill us makes us stronger!
