Module 2: “Trends in sales and marketing, communication during martial law and after”

  The EBA Odesa Sales School continues despite the start of hostilities and has somewhat transformed its program to take into account the new conditions of doing business in Ukraine. Thus, in the second session on April 14, 2022, participants developed self-help techniques in order to normalize the moral and psychological state, updated information on the rules of sales in the new conditions, learned how to start/continue communication with clients, understand what the military model of the economy in the country means and how to work in this case. Olga Antonova, the trainer of the course, paid special attention to the trends of sales and marketing, communication in sales and worked on mistakes when doing homework. In particular, among the key trends that await sellers in the near future: Emphasis on environmental friendliness (people are interested in how something is now produced or sold, how environmentally friendly you are - in your communications on social networks and messengers, etc.). Artificial intelligence and personalized sales (customers want more personalized appeals, less bureaucracy and simplified procedures for themselves). B2B and B2C sales will soon be irrelevant, the future is of D2C - buying directly from manufacturers of goods or services (refusal to buy from distributors). Influence marketing. Video content.
