Ascet Shipping LLC

Company awards:
Bravery

The Bravery Award honors companies that fearlessly navigate the turbulent waters of wartime in Ukraine. We are proud of your resilience, remarkable adaptability, and commitment to conducting business in Ukraine.

Ascet Shipping LTD is a group of companies, a port operator in the grain forwarding market of Ukraine. Ascet Shipping LLC had branches in five regions of Ukraine and worked in Berdyansk, Mariupol, Mykolaiv, Odesa and Kherson seaports, cooperating with the largest grain traders of Ukraine. After the invasion of the Russian army, Ascet Shipping moved its production facilities to the west of Ukraine and now organizes the export logistics of grain from Ukraine through the ports of the Danube and EU countries. Until February 24, 2022, the Company was the largest port operator in Berdyansk port. Initially, the Berdyansk port was not adapted to receive and send grain cargoes. Ascet Shipping created an infrastructure from scratch that provided grain producers with a comprehensive “shipper-vessel” service. Since 2017, the company has implemented the most modern developments and technologies in the Berdyansk port, which helped to make the cargo handling process fast and economically profitable for customers.
