  The companies of the Association in Dnipro met within the framework of the Marketing and Communications Committee, which was devoted to the event marketing on Wednesday, July 19. Anna Sokolova, the head of the BTL Dnipro office, had introduced to the participants the term mice-manager (the person responsible for the organization and support of the meetings). She had also described the objectives of the event marketing, its types and features, and the things on which it’s possible to economize and on which it’s better not to. A significant discount can be obtained with the involvement of partners in exchange for the opportunity to present yourself during the event. Moreover, the things on which it is not worth saving on are the reputation and experience of the MICE agency, design, creative component, photo and video capture. As event marketing is gaining in popularity, all the participants agreed that it is becoming increasingly difficult to surprise their partners or customers. However, Ms. Anna noted that the market is developing rapidly, and today there are such extraordinary chips as the 3D-musicians.That is the creation of a three-dimensional image, which perceives by the viewer as the real musicians performing on the stage or the 3D logo of the organization, glows next to a man and so on. We would like to thank all the participants for their active participation and interesting experience, which they had the opportunity to share, as well as the chairman of the Committee Olga Zenina and to the speaker Anna Sokolova for an interesting and informative meeting.
