  EBA meeting with representatives of the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption. Date: 12 September2022. Time: 14:00 15:00. On September 12, 14.00, the EBA Committee for the Restoration of Ukraine would like to invite you to a meeting with representatives of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC), namely, the NAPC Deputy Chairman Andrii Vishnevskyi. An effective anti-corruption policy is one of the most important prerequisites for attracting private investment to the economy of Ukraine. That is why we plan to discuss the plans of the NAPC in this context during the meeting. Besides, the full-scale war forced NAPC to expand its activities in accordance with the needs of the state. Thus, among other things, the NAPC currently maintains the War and Sanctions portal with a database on sanctions imposed on individuals and legal entities, an action plan for strengthening sanctions, etc. It is extremely important for Ukrainian companies to understand the mechanism and criteria for being included in the list of potential candidates for sanctions, the mechanisms for working with sanctions lists after the inclusion of companies, etc. Registration is required.
