The quality of our lives highly depends on our physical and mental well-being. It is very important to take care of our health to stay productive and happy. But maintaining good health does not happen by accident, it requires work and certain lifestyle choices. To support you in this journey, we are launching our «Staying healthy together» project in partnership with Teva Ukraine, leading international pharmaceutical company. As a part of this project, we will touch upon different aspects of health and self-care together with top experts in the field. Speakers. We will feature the following events: 12.11.2020 – «Work-Life Balance at Home» with Nataliia Baikalova, a business coach, an experienced psychologist, a consultant on the prevention of emotional burnout. 23.11.2020 – «Risk factors for heart disease and how to avoid them» with Svitlana Korol, Doctor of Medicine, cardiologist, medical advisor at «Teva Ukraine». 03.12.2020 – «Update on COVID-19» with Kateryna Bulavinova, UNICEF Ukraine Health Expert, Medical Doctor. 14.12.2020 – «Nutrition: generation gap at home» with Svitlana Fus, Nutrition Doctor of the highest category, Head of the Center of weight normalization. Taking care of your health and of your loved ones has become more challenging as we find ourselves in the confines of home. Remote work impacts our lives, making it difficult to switch off and rest. During our first meeting «Work-Life Balance at Home», we will talk about stress, fatigue and sleep disorders, and dealing with them in the context of work-life balance. This meeting is scheduled for 12 November, 16:00, and will be streamed via Zoom. The link to the live stream will be provided after the registration.
