The lecture is based on the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) methodology developed by an American psychologist Marshall Rosenberg. Nonviolent Communication (NVC) has been called the “language of life”. It was developed by US psychologist Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg in the 1960s. NVC methodology is successfully used in 70 countries all over the world in order to help people, companies, schools and communities to build healthy and honest relations through effective communication. There are a lot of companies that use NVC in their work, such as Audi, K&H bank, Ericsson, ESBZ, Buurtzorg, Presi, RedHat, Visko Teepak, MD Anderson Cancer Institute, IFE (manufacturing company, part of worldwide Knorr-Bremse concern), 3M (Korea), PPG (Czech accountancy center).
