EBA Management Development Centre Team together with U-Integral invite you to join the Open Lecture: Advanced Communication Skills. Nonviolent Communication in Leadership based on Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication Method.
The lecture is based on the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) methodology developed by an American psychologist Marshall Rosenberg. Nonviolent Communication (NVC) has been called the “language of life”. It was developed by US psychologist Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg in the 1960s.
NVC methodology is successfully used in 70 countries all over the world in order to help people, companies, schools and communities to build healthy and honest relations through effective communication. There are a lot of companies that use NVC in their work, such as Audi, K&H bank, Ericsson, ESBZ, Buurtzorg, Presi, RedHat, Visko Teepak, MD Anderson Cancer Institute, IFE (manufacturing company, part of worldwide Knorr-Bremse concern), 3M (Korea), PPG (Czech accountancy center).
Speaker: Eva Rambala (Hungary), an international certified trainer of the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) from Hungary, experienced mediator, specializing on conflict resolution, mediation and teaching effective communications based on the NVC methodology in the following fields: IT, banking, oil and gas, education, etc. Eva has more than 20 years of experience. She worked in 30 different countries all over the world including USA, Canada, Russia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iran, Pakistan, South Korea, Moldova, Georgia, Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Denmark, England, Norway, Poland, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, South Africa, Ukraine.
