About the Programme
EBA Management Development Centre jointly with partners launches the fifth jubilee season of the ambitious project PMD Pre-MBA. This season there will be 10 modules, and as a bonus, there will be participation of the modern company plant. At the end there will also be business projects’ defence. It is a unique programme which is entirely covered by practitioners, experts in their field, successful professionals and MBA holders who have a positive experience of implementing the acquired knowledge.

The goal of the programme is to equip you with skills and knowledge which are required for meeting company’s strategic objectives, understanding business as an integral system in the interrelationship of organizational, financial, marketing decisions aimed at increasing business competitiveness.
During the modules you will:
- Discuss what should be the modern leader.
- Understand modern business environment’s strategic objectives.
- Learn how to manage changes.
- Obtain the vision of possible directions of your companies’ and company’s departments’ development with regards to business transformations and innovations.
- Evaluate the impact of operational, marketing, financial decisions on company performance as a whole.
- Improve your qualification to deal with functional managerial issues.
- Communicate with owners and top management in the same language – the language of meeting company’s strategic objectives.
- Obtain leadership and HR management skills.
- Understand how to keep sales at the highest level.
The Programme is filled with case studies, practical assignments, group and individual work, projects presentations. Having successfully finished the programme, you will receive a certificate of completion.
Target Audience: heads of departments/divisions within big companies, senior and top managers of companies, the owners of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs who are responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of business operation as a whole.

Lecturers:
- Mykhailo Krykunov – Ph.D., adjunct lecturer, chartered marketing speciliast, (Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, 1999), decane of the Kyiv Business School, Chief of the Agency of the cluster development Clust-ua. Teacher, consultant in managing, marketing and economic development (cluster approach), top-manager. Has more than 30 years of experience in managing and teaching, investigations, business-consultancy, trainings in marketing and management. Scientific empoyee of the International Economic Development Council (Washington D.C., USA); visiting professor of the University New Branswick, Canada, visiting professor of the Warsaw University in honor of Janucz Korczak. Member of the International Leadership Association, USA, certified facilitator of the leadership development of the international company DDI.
- Olena Yuzkova – Certified management consultant (CMC), business coach, facilitator, mediator, MBA trainer, PhD in Public Management and Administration, specializes in creating and implementing coach sessions – individual and teamwork for improving personal efficiency and improving companies; business-mediations implementing, management consulting; consulting products and services implementation, CEO of the “Era of International Education”. Got MBA in the International Institute of Management.
- Yevhen Osmak – IT Director Zeppelin International (Switzerland), MBA tutor, Programme “Architecture of the company and IT strategy”, consultant on digital transformation and strategy/architecture of the company issues, expert, trainer and coach on personal and team effectiveness.
- Serhii Potapov – Project management expert with 20 years of experience. Together with the team, for the first time in Ukraine, implemented project portfolio management using the Critical Chain Project Management approach. Helps different organizations to become more productive: achieve more, faster, building the system of managing projects. Serhii works in project management since 2002, consciously since 2013. Since 2015 he shares experience and knowledge with different organizations as consultant and trainer and thourgh these years he made unique things for the sphere of managing projects in Ukraine. He uses universal approach with absolutely different organizations: banks, IT-companies, agrarians, pharma, builders, parliament, municipalities, energetic companies.
- Ivan Kompan – Director of Deloitte Academy and founder of the First Kyiv Investment Club, lecturer at the Edinburgh Business School, a specialist in finance with 25 years of experience, held senior positions in a number of large Ukrainian and international financial companies, in particular, Deloitte (partner, head of financial and advisory services; Wood & Company (General Director), Creditanstalt Austria Investment Bank (Managing Director).
- Oleg Koss – Partner and co-founder of the first Ukrainian service design agency Lanka.CX. Helps leading Ukrainian and international companies create new products and services using modern customer-centric methodologies. Introduces a comprehensive customer experience management system. Worked with Comfy, Eva, OLX, Prom.ua, New Mail, FUIB and others. Headed the marketing, product, client experience in Kyivstar, lifecell, Ukrtelecom and others. Has an Executive MBA degree from IE Business School (Madrid).
- Inna Kosoryga – Organizational development and strategic HR management consultant, MBA, head of the strategic HR management and organizational development practice at HR2B, co-founder and partner at Wise Energy Group, member of ACMP Global (Association of Change Management Professionals). 20 years of experience in HR and organizational development, in the position of HRD in companies with more than 10,000 employees.
- Volodymyr Sobolev – CMO in Kovalska. Is working in marketing for more than 12 years. In PrivatBank he worked on promoting key products in bank, innovational products and decisions based on BigData. He took part in Google Pay and Apple Pay launches in Ukraine. Among achievements are PhD Degree in Economics (Measuring the marketing effectiveness of retailers) and gold at Young Lions Marketers Competition Ukraine.
- Oleg Demchyk – President of the Professional Negotiators Club, certified mediator (Chapman University, USA), business-consultant, has more than 20 years of experience in building, motivating and achieving of extra results by highly efficient teams, start-up manager of new business domains in such international companies, as Burda, Edipresse and Atlantic Group, mentoring of C-level managers in top Ukrainian and international companies, member of volunteering movement of social adaptation and learning communicational skills of internal refugees from JFO zone (eastern part of Ukraine).
