Critical thinking, as our internal filter, helps filter out manipulation and catastrophic thoughts. And this, in turn, helps us to be more stable and make more balanced decisions. During the online-lecture, we will analyze together how leaders can become more sustainable thanks to the techniques and principles of critical thinking. We will form a safety technique for leaders, which will help to avoid typical mistakes both in working with a team and in maintaining personal stability and mental health. Also, we will learn to better recognize the signs of manipulation and learn about ways to protect against them.
