Heutagogy is a learning approach driven by the learners themselves.  It’s about self-directed, proactive education in which individuals: determine what they want to learn (e.g., whether to strengthen their weaknesses or build on their strengths after an assessment), choose how, when, and in what format to learn, and measure their own progress. This session will explore how, in a world overflowing with information and constant change, the ability to learn effectively is essential—and how existing tools can help leaders identify and select the most valuable and practical content from the abundance available. EBA Management Development Centre Team together with Vitalii Lysyi invite you to participate in the Online-Lecture: Heutagogy: Is It The Future of Andragogy? How Will Leaders Learn in the Next 5+ Years? Target audience: CEOs, business owners, and leaders across various industries. Speaker: Vitalii Lysyi, business consultant and leadership assessment project manager, with experience delivering projects for companies like McDonald’s, Carlsberg, Ferrero, Metinvest, Morshynska, and Robota.ua. He has led the development of complex initiatives in several Ukrainian companies, including Aurora Multimarket, Silpo, and others.
