Coaching program “My future profession”. Date: 09 March2026. Time: 17:00 19:00. Language: Українська. Place: Zoom. The European Business Association, in partnership with coaches Liliya Luts and Svitlana Bochkivska, invites teenagers aged 14 to 17 to participate in the coaching program “My Future Profession”. The program modules will take place over 2 weeks, twice a week (March 9, 11; March 16, 18) from 17:00 to 19:00 on the Zoom platform.
Project Goal:
Help teenagers consciously approach the choice of their future profession
Learn more about professions of the future and understand what skills to focus on and why it’s important to start learning today
Discover personal strengths, talents, and areas for growth
Create a personal development plan for skills, abilities, and competencies
Program Outcomes for Participants:
Understand which professions will be in demand in the future
Learn how to turn a dream into a concrete goal
Identify personal talents, strengths, and areas to improve
Recognize the importance of making informed choices and practice decision-making skills
Learn how to set effective goals that lead to success
Gain deeper self-awareness (Who am I? What am I capable of? What do I want? What are my talents?)
Discover which profession will best unlock their individual potential
Experience their chosen profession in a playful, interactive way
Develop motivation to pursue personal goals
Program Content:
Module 1 – March 9, 2026:
Professions of the future: what are they?
How to develop future skills while still in school
Career aptitude testing to identify strengths for different types of professions
Module 2 – March 11, 2026:
Creating a vision of your successful future
Turning dreams into concrete goals
Goal-setting techniques, including SMARTER goals
Prioritization skills
How to discover personal talents
Module 3 – March 16, 2026:
How to motivate yourself
Understanding external vs. internal motivation
Motivation vs. discipline: what’s the difference
Role-playing game: “Class Reunion”
“A Walk into the Future” activity
Module 4 – March 18, 2026:
The formula for career success
Creating a personal career development plan
Summary and action plan
Module duration: 2 hours, from 17:00 to 19:00
Participation Fee: 3,900 UAH
The program “My Future Profession” has already been held ten times, and teenagers who participated have shared very positive feedback.
