EBA Odessa & Arzinger Business Day focused on E-Document

    Andriy Seliutin, Arzinger Partner & Head of the Southern Ukrainian Branch, Kateryna Oliynyk, Arzinger Partner, Personal Data Protection Practitioner, Maksym Kolomiets, Head of Dealer Sales Vachsno became the event speakers. The meeting consisted of three blocks: the legal aspects of electronic documents, their technical features and the practical experience of switching to e-documents circulation. As Mrs. Kateryna noted: E-document circulation make the work process easier. In the future, you can forget about long and nervous paper exchange with your counterparts and significantly reduce the costs for printing and delivery. It is well-known the qualitative and timely accounting composes a successful business, which is impossible to imagine without the use of electronic technologies. However, as it is comparatively a new phenomenon, so all entrepreneurs adjust to such changes not at once, especially taking into account certain legal peculiarities. Thus, on 8 June, the EBA Southern Ukrainian Office together with member-companies analyzed the specific of the electronic document flow system usage. Also during the meeting were discussed the issues of the tax reporting, peculiarities of security and trends in the e-document circulation field. Thus, today the implantation of such modern system at the enterprise is a standard of time, a natural element of company development, an opportunity to enter a new level of doing business, increasing its productivity, minimizing costs, risks and time.
