EBA Dnipro Best Business Practices – Planeta Kino: Service. A recipe for your customer’s happiness

    As a part of EBA Dnipro Best Business Practices project, the participants visited the territory of ‘’Planeta Kino’’ cinema, which was opened in March 2020. Natalia Lytvynenko, director of “Planeta Kino’’ in Dnipro, made an excursion for us, revealed some secrets about cinema life and delicious popcorn, presented concept of impeccable service, told about the basic principles of work and attitude towards the client, followed by the employees. What is SERVICE and how to satisfy the most demanding guest? First of all, it is love for the client. In a friendly atmosphere, which is an integral part of the place, you really want to spend time and enjoy every corner, created with love and care. Digitalization, constant communication with the client, receiving and processing feedback is also at a very high level. If you need to order a ticket, there is an application, through which you can easily book or cancel it; a bonus system provides discounts. An individual approach to each visitor is carried out using a chat-bot, which will help to resolve any issues at the place (for example, if it is cold in the hall, you can ask for a blanket). And if you want to buy some snack before the session, cinema market offers a various selection for adults and children. Special attention is paid to film content, which is selected to satisfy taste of the widest possible audience. So, unlike other cinemas, in “Planeta Kino” you can watch films in original version in English, documentary Ukrainian movies and concerts of various musical groups and singers. Locations and cinema halls of “Planeta Kino” are available for rent for conferences, presentations, celebrations, birthdays and etc. If to combine all concepts that the company follows, we can get the basic principles of network operation and service – speed, flexibility and friendliness.
