EBA Lviv: Foresight: “Ukrainian Business: The Next 12 Months”. Date: 04 November2026. Time: 11:00 17:00. Language: Ukrainian (without translation). Place: Futura Hub, Nat Coworking, вул. Кульпарківська 200А. Dear colleagues, We invite you to join the LeaderMind Committee’s strategic session — the foresight “Ukrainian Business: The Next 12 Months.” In a constantly changing environment, it is important for businesses not only to respond to current challenges but also to anticipate potential scenarios and assess how events may unfold. Participants will have the opportunity to look beyond the familiar perspectives of their own industries, compare different viewpoints, and jointly explore how Ukraine’s business environment may evolve over the next 12 months. The session will focus on three key areas: Trends and Drivers of Change. We will identify trends that are already affecting or may affect business operations, and analyse key risks, opportunities, and uncertainties. Future Scenarios. We will explore alternative ways in which the business environment may develop, assess their potential implications, and identify signals that can help businesses recognise changes in a timely manner. Strategic Decisions for the Next 90 Days. We will move from analysis to practice by discussing the steps companies should take today to strengthen their preparedness for different scenarios. How will the session work? The event will bring together 30 representatives of Ukrainian and international companies, working in five mixed teams of six participants each. The teams will include representatives from different economic sectors and professional backgrounds, allowing participants to combine their experience and perspectives across various management functions. The programme includes two stages of teamwork and presentations: Identifying trends and drivers of change, and developing alternative business development scenarios. Jointly discussing priorities and formulating practical recommendations for companies. An important feature of the foresight approach is that there is no single, predetermined forecast. The goal is to explore several possible futures, understand the factors that may shape them, and prepare for decisions that may be required under different circumstances. The meeting will result in a shared map of key trends, four alternative scenarios and a baseline scenario with a stress test, a set of early warning signals, and a list of management decisions for the next 90 days. These outcomes will provide participants with a foundation for further strategic planning and for assessing their companies’ readiness to face future challenges. 📅 Date: 4 November 2026 🕙 Time: 11:00–17:00 📍 Venue: Futura Hub, 200A Kulparkivska Street, Lviv, Ukraine. Dear colleagues,

We invite you to join the LeaderMind Committee’s strategic session — the foresight “Ukrainian Business: The Next 12 Months.”

In a constantly changing environment, it is important for businesses not only to respond to current challenges but also to anticipate potential scenarios and assess how events may unfold.

Participants will have the opportunity to look beyond the familiar perspectives of their own industries, compare different viewpoints, and jointly explore how Ukraine’s business environment may evolve over the next 12 months.

The session will focus on three key areas:

  • Trends and Drivers of Change. We will identify trends that are already affecting or may affect business operations, and analyse key risks, opportunities, and uncertainties.

  • Future Scenarios. We will explore alternative ways in which the business environment may develop, assess their potential implications, and identify signals that can help businesses recognise changes in a timely manner.

  • Strategic Decisions for the Next 90 Days.

The programme includes two stages of teamwork and presentations:

  1. Identifying trends and drivers of change, and developing alternative business development scenarios.

📅 Date: 4 November 2026
🕙 Time: 11:00–17:00
📍 Venue: Futura Hub, 200A Kulparkivska Street, Lviv, Ukraine.

We look forward to meeting you, exchanging experiences, and working together to explore how Ukrainian businesses can not only adapt to change but also turn it into an opportunity for further growth and development.
