Natalia will also develop the American Desk – a dedicated practice providing legal support to American businesses in Ukraine and Ukrainian companies entering the U.S. market. The American Desk will combine the team’s established international expertise with new competencies, solutions, and projects. Another key priority for Natalia will be to further develop ARZINGER’s Western Ukraine office and deepen the firm’s regional presence. As the only leading Ukrainian law firm with a fully-fledged office in Western Ukraine and a long-standing position in the regional legal market, ARZINGER remains committed to staying close to Ukrainian and international businesses, investors, and partners operating there. Joining ARZINGER alongside Natalia is a team of associates comprised of Yana Lundiak and Marianna Tsolina. They will contribute to the development of relevant practice areas and support client projects. Natalia is an attorney-at-law with more than 17 years of legal experience. During her 11-plus years at ARZINGER, she advanced from Associate to Senior Associate and was promoted to Counsel in early 2022. Her practice focused on contract law, IT, international business support, and manufacturing relocation. Natalias current expertise encompasses end-to-end legal support for international businesses and foreign investors throughout their operations in Ukraine, from market entry and facility launch to partnership and joint venture structuring as well as ongoing legal support. Her key areas of practice also include corporate and contract law, M&A and other corporate transactions, foreign trade contracts, compliance, as well as legal support for projects in the fields of IT, defense technologies, industry, and real estate, particularly industrial parks. She also has extensive experience in resolving commercial, contractual, and corporate disputes and representing clients in court. Natalia is active in professional and business circles, with substantial experience in organizing industry events, expert discussions, and presentations on business platforms. She regularly speaks and moderates at industry and business association gatherings. Between 2019 and 2021, she also taught International Structuring of IT Business at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in collaboration with the IT Ukraine Association. Following the onset of the full-scale invasion, she volunteered as an advisor to the Ministry of Strategic Industries’ Advisory Office before joining a Ukrainian-US IT company as Head of Legal as well as Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships. Since 2022, Natalia has run her own legal practice, advising foreign partners and Ukrainian businesses in the mentioned areas. Natalia also co-founded Helmet LLC, the exclusive Ukrainian representative of an Italian industrial crusher manufacturer. Through the company, she successfully delivered reconstruction projects financed by UNDP and NEFCO. In 2025, Natalia co-founded and became head of the Lviv California Chamber of Commerce (LCCC) to foster business ties, investments, and partnerships between the Lviv region and California. “ARZINGER is a team I am rejoining at a very different stage in my career. I return with my own team, broader expertise, a much deeper understanding of international business, and a strong network of partnersand international contacts. I believe that together, we can accomplish far more. What matters is that, despite the war and the challenges of recent years, ARZINGER continues to grow, build new practices, and establish itself in emerging areas. I particularly value the firm’s ability to adapt quickly, recognize opportunities in change, and develop flexible solutions for clients. This aligns very closely with my own vision of doing business and working with clients. “Over the past few years, I have realized just how strong the interest from US and European businesses in Western Ukraine really is, and how vital local, reliable legal support is to their success. My goal, together with my colleagues, is to position our Western Ukraine office as the premier entry point for international investment while empowering local Ukrainian businesses to scale internationally,” commented Natalia Anokhina. Natalia knows our firm, team, and clients exceptionally well. She comes back to ARZINGER with fresh ideas, renewed energy, and an invaluable network of international contacts and expertise. Her extensive experience working with international businesses, government institutions, and investment projects will undoubtedly unlock new opportunities for us, both in Western Ukraine and far beyond. We are seeing a steady surge in transactional and project work across the region, a trend we expect to accelerate. Above all, what matters most to me is that a highly trusted colleague and long-standing contributor to ARZINGER’s growth is returning to the fold. I am thrilled to be working together again, and I am confident that many more milestones lie ahead for us! – Markian Malskyy, Managing Partner at ARZINGER.
