Ukrainian businesses have already adapted to operating amid constant risks: companies are building reserves, implementing alternative power sources, duplicating logistics routes, and developing business continuity plans. At the same time, the physical security of a facility does not always mean that a team is prepared to act effectively in the first minutes after an incident. During the event, participants will use practical scenarios to assess how prepared their teams are to respond to real-life crises and identify potential vulnerabilities in their existing procedures.
