ADER HABER OPENS AN OFFICE IN WARSAW: A European Platform for International Capital, Investment and Business with Ukraine

  In its 20th year, ADER HABER Law Firm is opening an office in Warsaw, strengthening its presence in Central and Eastern Europe and expanding opportunities for its clients to access international capital, pursue investments and engage in cross-border business. The European office is led by Ihor Olekhov, Partner and Head of the Banking and Finance, Capital Markets and Insurance practice. 🔶 Why Warsaw? The Warsaw office will serve as a gateway for international capital, investments, and cross-border projects involving Ukraine, including reconstruction financing, infrastructure, energy, financial services, technology, and defense industries. In the coming years, a significant share of financing for Ukraine’s reconstruction will be channelled through European financial centres, including Warsaw. The scale of future investment will require comprehensive solutions for the structuring of financing, war risk insurance, currency hedging, guarantees from international financial institutions and other risk mitigation mechanisms.
