On September 8, Odesa will host the second, practical module of the training programme “First Crisis Aid in the Workplace: Action Algorithms for Acute Emotional States Amid Chronic Stress and War.” Following the theoretical session, participants will move on to practical training in crisis response skills together with Nataliia Shcherbyna, trauma therapist, crisis communication expert and organisational supervisor.
