Online-Lecture: Nonverbal communication: what we say, even when we are silent. Date: 05 November2026. Time: 11:00 12:30. Language: Ukrainian. Fee: free of charge for EBA members. Place: Will be online. Before a person has time to assess the meaning of our words, they have already noticed our gaze, facial expressions, gestures, posture, distance, and overall manner of behaviour. During the lecture, we will explore the key signals of nonverbal communication and learn how to notice them in others. We will also discuss how to use our body, voice, and behaviour to create the desired impression. EBA Management Development Centre team, together with Olha Solvar, invite you to participate in the Online-Lecture: Nonverbal communication: what we say, even when we are silent. Target audience: managers, top managers, HR professionals, experts, and everyone who regularly conducts negotiations, speaks in public, works with teams, and wants to better read nonverbal signals and consciously manage their own communication. Questions for discussion:  How can we read a person’s nonverbal signals and understand what lies behind their words and behaviour? How can we identify the psychotype of the person we are communicating with and adapt our communication strategy accordingly? How can facial expressions, facial features, and face structure help us better understand a person and their behavioural patterns? How can we notice nonverbal patterns in others and use them to build trust and effective interaction? How can we combine knowledge of psychotype, nonverbal behaviour, and physiognomic patterns to consciously choose the most effective way to communicate with a particular person?
